Let’s stop this slaughter!
Just me once again, this time to talk to you, dear readers, about animal testing. Animal testing is something very awful doubtless and I am here today to try and share my feelings, my thoughts and all the info I have with you.
Are you aware of how many animals (from rabbits to hamsters, from dogs to mice and so on) are treated as they mean nothing? Thousands of them are subjected to horrible experiments and they are left suffering unutterable pains. Many companies (of personal care products, of household cleaning products and so on) test on animals their products shamelessly. At the end of this page I will write several brands which are involved into this cruelty to animals, please check it and keep on staying informed online reading up on this important subject, check web sites and blogs which talk about how to make this slaughter stop.The companies which still put the animal testing into practice can be stopped! They must be stopped! A few days ago I read something beautiful written by George Bernard Shaw “You do not settle whether an experiment is justified or not by merely showing that it is of some use. The distinction is not between useful and useless experiments, but between barbarous and civilized behaviour”.
I would also say the distinction is between morality and immorality.

We have the power to choose whom we want to give our money to! Don’t let’s make these heartless companies think that it is good to harm animals, don’t make them earn money! Don’t make them earn our money! We can choose good products which are tested by alternative means of testing: human cell cultures, tissue studies, vitro test methods. Artficial human skin and eyes and computer virtual organs can simulate human body’s properties and they can be used to test products without harming animals! There is no need to continue this inhuman way of testing! We must, have to and need to extend the moral value of not harming, testing, inflicting pains, of not killing people to other living beings! They feel pain as we do!!
Don’t trust wordings as “No animal testing” or “Not tested on animals”, they are false statements!

As I always say, please let’s make little steps for improving our world, we need to become better people!

Cosa sapete sui test sugli animali? Siete a conoscenza delle centinaia di migliaia di animali che vengono maltrattati ogni giorno? Testare sugli animali è qualcosa di orribile ed inumano e sono qui per condividere i miei pensieri oltre che le info con Voi lettori.
Animali di tutte le specie vengono torturati in migliaia di laboratori sparsi per il mondo e lasciati a soffrire come se contassero niente. Poco sopra troverete la lista dei brand che sono coinvolti in questi test, purtroppo la lista sembra essere infinita nonostante siano solo alcuni dei tanti.
Qui ci sono alcuni link utili dove potrete informarvi meglio (i primi tre sono in inglese ma di facile comprensione). Se cercate sul web scoprirete che ce ne sono tantissimi altri anche in italiano, oltre a quello da me indicato. Informatevi e fate delle scelte! Ci sono molte aziende che non testano sugli animali, basta informarsi!

George Bernard Shaw scrisse “Un esperimento non è giustificato solo dal fatto che è dimostrato possa essere di qualche utilità, la distinzione non è fra utile o non utile, ma fra inciviltà e civiltà”. Io direi anche che è una questione di immoralità e moralità.
Perchè non estendere il principio di non far soffrire, di non uccidere esseri umani anche ad altri esseri viventi, di qualsiasi specie essi siano? Loro soffrono proprio come noi! Noi possiamo fare molto, possiamo scegliere di non far guadagnare le aziende incriminate, possiamo scegliere di non fare loro guadagnare i nostri soldi!
Ci sono molti metodi alternativi per testare sostanze e prodotti: colture di cellule umane, test in vitro, pelle e occhi artificiali, organi umani virtuali che sono in grado di simulare perfettamente quelli umani! Non abbiamo bisogno di test sugli animali, sono barbarici!
Non fidatevi della scritta “Non testato sugli animali”, è semplicemente falso! E’ una presa in giro!
