No other wordings, marks or pictures certifies that the product has nothing to do with animal testing, only this following mark proves to you that you are buying consciously and that you are actually helping to stop cruel tests on animals.
The thing to get aware of is: it is not only about cosmetics, it is also an important matter in the field of medical research! As I wrote previously there are reliable alternatives that can take over from inhumane animal tests. Human clinical and epidemiological studies, computer simulators, artificial eyes, marrow and skin are excellent! Are they more expensive, slower or less valuable? No, they aren’t! It has also been created a “microbrain” from human brain cells which is very helpful to make the tumor research go ahead! Vaccines can be produced from human cell cultures as well as pregnancy tests can be performed using blood samples, there is no point in killing animals!
“If you have information on human genes, what’s the point of going back to animals?” That’s what Gordon Baxter, the cofounder of Pharmagene Laboratories, has broken out; His company of drug research makes use only of human tissues and computers, do you feel it is so more damned right, don’t you?

It talks about alternatives in testing without being brutal, it is detailed and well-written: the alternatives to animals in research, in testing and in education are properly explained. Please just take the time to read it. It is important to keep ourselves informed.
I have also read about the airlines with which hundreads of monkeys and other species of animals have their flight to laboratories, or to be more precise to death. La foto del coniglio che salta vi aiuterà ad acquistare prodotti cruelty-free. Nessun’altro marchio simile o scritta può certificarci che il prodotto che stiamo acquistando non ha nulla a che vedere con i test sugli animali, quindi state attenti e controllate sempre prima di acquistare. I test sugli animali non riguardano soltanto il campo della cosmetica, ma anche l’importantissimo campo medico. Come già scritto nel mio precedente articolo ci sono molti modi alternativi per portare avanti la ricerca: le colture di cellule umane, la pelle, gli occhi ed il midollo riprodotti in modo artificiale. E’ stato anche possibile ricreare artificialmente il cervello umano e questo può far si che la ricerca sulla cura dei tumori progredisca sempre di più. Sono metodi poco affidabili, costosi e lenti? No affatto! Sono molto più affidabili dei test condotti sugli animali e molto meno costosi! Ci sono svariati modi per sostituire questa barbaria ed a proposito vi propongo questa pagina web dove potrete trovare informazioni interessantissime sulle alternative agli animali nel campo cosmetico, nel campo medico ed anche nel campo dell’istruzione. E’ un articolo molto dettagliato e ben scritto:

Nella parte in inglese troverete anche la lista delle compagnie aeree che trasportano centinaia di scimmie e molte altre specie animali ai laboratori di tutto il mondo allo scopo inumano di fare “ricerca”, o per meglio dire per portarli alla morte.
Fermiamo questo brutalità, le nostre azioni sono importanti!
